VIPCare Health does not treat clinicians only as advisors or subject-matter experts. When they have the interest and ability to lead, we want physicians, nurses, and other care-delivery professionals to serve as founders, CEOs, executives, and operators.
We recognize that clinical experience does not automatically provide every skill needed to run a company.
